The Groundworks Contract

In October 2019, Mackoy started working on a short but sweet site with Bargate Homes, our third contract with this homebuyer this year. The site is in Abbotswood, Romsey, and consists of three apartment blocks, as 27-units.

Not only are we completing the complete groundworks infrastructure, we’re also doing the drainage, offsite foul connection and car parks.

The £627,000 scheme is due to last three months, handing over in January 2019.
