Linden Homes

Linden Homes is the dedicated property-building arm of Galliford Try, one of the most established construction companies within the UK's homebuilding and commercial sector. It is well known for creating Wimbledon's All England Lawn Tennis Club roof and London 2012's Olympic Village in Stratford.

Linden Homes focuses its efforts and attention entirely on its residential housing portfolio. The company prides itself on having a passion for creating sustainable developments that connect communities and deliver the right homes in the right locations – all while demonstrating sensitivity for the fabric of the areas it builds in, particularly with regards to the restoration projects it takes on.

A core part of Linden's approach involves engaging local businesses and contractors to help create its new developments, drawing from a regional catchment pool of professional tradesmen. This was the case when Linden engaged Mackoy for the groundwork on its consortium build with Bloor Homes in Binfield, near Bracknell, Berkshire – a £5 million contract that our operatives undertook in June 2013.

Today, Linden's impressive award accreditations only add weight to the many positive contributions the developer has made to the UK property market. Its resolve to collaboratively develop homes with integrity, honesty and excellence remains at the heart of its operations; these are values that also drive the work we do at Mackoy.
