We’re proud to announce that Mackoy has officially started work on our latest project in Merriott, Somerset, for our valued client Galion Limited. This site marks an exciting milestone - not only for us but for the UK construction industry as a whole.

In partnership with WholeHouse® by Travis Perkins, this is the first development of its kind in the UK, delivering 39 precision-engineered WholeHouse units. This innovative approach streamlines construction, improves sustainability, and sets a new benchmark for residential development. We’re thrilled to be part of bringing this pioneering concept to life.

Our scope of works on this landmark project includes:

✔️ S278 Works - Storm and foul drainage connections, entrance upgrades for existing properties ✔️ 7,700m³+ of Cartaway ✔️ 700m+ of Combined Main Services Installation ✔️ 1,900m of Storm Drainage including 2x Cellular Attenuation Tanks ✔️ 1,200m of Foul Drainage ✔️ PCC Culvert Installation to enhance existing watercourses ✔️ 535m of Retaining and Screen Walls ✔️ 3,000m² of Blockpaved Roads and Drives ✔️ 1,400m² of Tarmac Footpaths ✔️ 1,200m² of Patio Slabs ✔️ 1,000m² of Tarmac Road
